Mr. Serge Carcy, the general manager of LACROIX-RUGGIERI in China gave a lecture on Foreign Display Shows in Liuyang, Hunan, China on April 18, 2011. This lecture organized by Liuyang Firework & Firecrackers Administration, IFA (International Fireworks Association) and International Fireworkstown.
Mr. Serge Carcy spoke about the general situation display in France, which encompasses part of the market, laws and newly display equipment. He said musical fireworks shows account for 60% in France at present, especially in national day, the fireworks celebration is about 75% of the year.
In addition, Serge Carcy shared some of his own experiences and understanding for the display shows. “I would like to choose more strongly music in the beginning of the show, so that you can attract people’s attention immediately” Referring to the fireworks smoke, Serge Carcy pointed out that we can use light, different height and low and other methods to avoid smoke.
Meanwhile, Serge Carcy indicated that the level of display shows made a greatly progress in recent years, especially the firing system, for example PD, Fire One Seeking and others. But he also noted that fireworks manufacturers need to focus on products innovation to achieve the combination of products and equipments.
"We are planning to participate the 10th Liuyang International Fireworks Festival” said Mr. Serge Carcy.
