Contestant's Qualification
a. A legal enterprise with the qualification certificate of production or business;
b. Hold the qualification certificate of production or business which plan to participate the competition.
c. The products are accord with the requirements of national standards.
d. The Products aren't intellectual infringement.
e. The products have the magnificent effects or excellent craftsmanship.
f. The products must design or product by the contestant's self, the business enterprise must provide the aptitude of production of manufacturing factory or the Agreement Letter of Manufacturing.
Requirements
a. The enterprises are accord with the qualifications.
b. An enterprise can apply a group or several groups of products, but an enterprise can only apply for a kind of product in the same group.
c. Contestants submit the application, and then investigated by the Festival Committee.
d. Every group ?ܼ/SPAN>15 contestants.
e. The products packed with the exporting requirements by contestant
f. The products must transport to the specified storage before 20 September.
g. The products provided by the contestants for free and the transport fees paid by contestants.
Awards
a. There are one Golden Medal, one Silver Medal and two Copper Medals for every group.
b. Awarding ceremony will be happened on the 20th October, the 4th International Musical Fireworks Display Competition and Awarding Ceremony of the 10th China (Liuyang) International Fireworks Festival.
c. The awarded products will be showing on the New Products Promotion of the 10th China (Liuang) International Fireworks Festival.
d. The Events Committee will publishing to the domestic and foreign Medias, and distribute the DVD which videoed by the Committee.
e. All the awarded products promoted to the fireworks dealers and sign an order contract, introduce to the fireworks display group which participate the Changsha Orange Beach Weekend Firework Display.
Application
The contestants must provide the following documents;
A. 2011 F5 THE GLOBAL FIREWORKS TOURNAMENT Application Form
B. Enterprise Qualification Certificate;
C. Enterprise Introduction;
D. The business enterprises must provide the production qualification certificate which produced by and A Letter of Agreement;
E. The contestant provide letter of commitment
