China Liuyang International Pyro-musical Competition
October 2011 to August 2012, on every Saturdays’ evening

Requirements
The competition focused on Fireworks and Travel. The themes including Myth/Legend，Historical Figures，Scenery Spots，Historical Events, 10 display groups in for every competition season.
The contestant’s order by lots and the foreign contestants submit the report and arrange by the organization committee.
The competition must be pyro- musical display and the themes must match with the season themes (except significant attract investment could add another theme, and it doesn’t add to the scale of marks). The theme of Travel is not subject to geographical constraints.
Displaying time is within 20 minutes or ± 5 seconds.
There is limit to the shoots quantity, if the group exceeds the quantity will be take the points. (The double subtitles fireworks must be finished which appointed by the organization committee, if don’t will be take the points)
The confirmed group must submit the schemes of display originality, technology and musical layout at least 45 days early. And these schemes must be passed by the committee and then can enroll the display list.
Assessment Measurement
The assessment items including schemes (5%), site installation (5%), performance assessment (30%), and comprehensive assessment (60%). The results will be announcing on the official website after the performances. There are 5 judges in every performance.
Awards
The First and the Second Prize of every season competition awarded the Gold Award and Number three, four and five positions as the Silver Award. The Gold Award can get the money award 20000 Yuan, and 10000 Yuan for the Silver Award.
Registration and Selection
The foreign display groups must submit the qualification certificate of fireworks display, as well as general certificates and documents, and must send 2 technicians at least to the display site. Every contestant can apply for one or two performances, if you apply for two you must select different themes to participate the display competition.
Other Subsidies
Domestic display group can get subsidy 160000 Yuan and the foreign group can get subsidy 200000 Yuan for every performance (the subsidies only for the firing system and equipment, labouring salaries and other subsidies, the products costs undertaken by the display group). The board, lodging and travel expenses at themselves payment.
After the display group gets the confirmation by the Organization Committee, the display group must deliver earnest money 50000 Yuan (it can be return after the end of the performance), if the display group quit he performance without the permission by the Committee, the money can not be return.
