Stage 1: Raw Material Testing
Independent laboratory analysis of every raw material batch. Chemical stability verification. Flash powder purity testing. Non-compliant materials are rejected before production begins.
Stage 2: In-Process Monitoring
Real-time temperature and humidity control in production workshops. Every process step is sampled and traceable to the operator, date, and material batch. Statistical process control flags deviations before they affect output.
Stage 3: Pre-Shipment Live Fire Testing
Random sampling from every production batch is physically fired. We test for: burst symmetry, flight altitude, color accuracy, timing consistency, and dud rate. All tests are video-recorded and archived.
• Burst Symmetry — Does the shell open evenly in all directions?
• Color Accuracy — Does the color match the formulation specification?
• Flight Altitude — Does the shell reach the specified height?
• Timing Consistency — Do multi-shot cakes fire at consistent intervals?
• Fuse Burn Time — Is the fuse within the target market's legal range?
• Dud Rate — Are failures below the 0.3% threshold?

We strictly follow Chinese national standard GB24284 and international equivalents:
❌ Potassium chlorate (KClO₃) — strictly prohibited in C/D grade fireworks
❌ Water-soluble barium salts — banned (highly toxic)

⚠️ Magnesium powder — stored in climate-controlled, moisture-free environment
⚠️ Warehouse safety distances — compliant with all regulatory requirements
